Rijeka Gateway opens its new office

On Thursday, December 8, 2022, Rijeka Gateway j.s.c. opened its new office in the newly renovated area in the Port of Rijeka Authority building. The office will remain in this location for the next three years.

Mr. Denis Vukorepa, the Executive Director of the Port of Rijeka Authority and Mr. Koen Benders, Project Director of the Rijeka Gateway company, together with their employees, symbolically marked this day by thanking everyone who was involved in the five-month renovation period.

On this occasion, Mr. Vukorepa, the Executive Director of the Port of Rijeka Authority emphasized the overall importance of the Rijeka Gateway project for Rijeka to become the logistics center of Central and Eastern Europe, and expressed full support for the implementation of projects and the establishment of successful cooperation.

Rijeka Gateway, the new concessionaire of the Port of Rijeka Authority, signed a Concession contract for the development and economic use of the Zagreb Deep Sea Container Terminal in the port of Rijeka. Jointly owned by APM Terminals, one of the world’s most respected container terminal operators and the Croatian company Enna Logic, the company will contribute to the quality of fast, safe and sustainable container traffic and strengthen the strategic position of the port of Rijeka.
