E-invoicing

Since July 1, 2019, it will not be possible to receive invoices, prepayments, authorizations and debits in paper form by mail or scanned via e-mail, pursuant to Article 6 of the Electronic Public Accounts Act (OG 94/2018)
Port of Rijeka Authority is a obligatory to public procurement, therefore we point out that in accordance with Art. Article 6, paragraph 2 of the Law on Electronic Public Accounts Issuance we are obligatory to receive and pay only by e-invoices complying with EU standards.
