port of Rijeka, open
for the international public transport,
which was for
it’s size and importance
nominated a harbor of special
international and
economic interest for
the Republic of Croatia.
It was founded by a decision of the
Government of Croatia (Official gazette
no. 42/96), based on article 31, paragraph
1 and 2 of the Law on Sea Ports,
amendments Official gazette no. 26/2002
and Official gazette no. 54/2002.
